Action at the Waterhole | Kruger National Park Dry Season


Turn up the volume and listen to the incredible sounds of wild Africa as you watch a some different species congregate at a scarce water source at the end of the dry season. Even some Eland are attracted to the dwindling water source, a rare sighting in the Kruger National Park.


By using their digging skills, African Elephants perform a crucial role at the end of the dry season. They dig holes down to the water table below the surface of river courses and enable other species to access the moisture.
